The SOLAS obligates to carry VDR for all passenger ships built on and after July 1, 2002 in international voyage, all other international ships such as cargo carrier or tankers over 3000GT, and the existing passenger ships in international voyage.
JRC VDR should meet International Standard, IMO Res. A. 861(20) and IEC61996.
