WHAT IF I DON'T OWN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

A:

You can simply choose  to pay with your Credit Card. Please fill in the required payment details and confirm payment.

WHAT IF MY ORDERED GOODS ARE HEAVIER THAN 30 KG AND SHIPMENT IS NOT OFFERED VIA THE WEBSITE?

A:

We will provide you with an individual quotation for orders exceeding 30kg and contact you shortly after your placement of goods.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

A:

You can check by following a few simple steps.

  1. Simply log in to your account at the top of Camilleri Marine website.
  2. Then select ''My Account'' from the drop down menu or ''Cart'' to view previous orders.
  3. You can view a history of all your purchases to-date and the status of your current order.
  4. When you order has been successfully received you will find the ''Order Confirmed'' notification in the status column.

WHERE CAN I VIEW AN ORDER THAT I HAVE JUST COMPLETED?

A:

To view a recently completed order, please log in to your account at the top of Camilleri Marine website and then select ''My Account'' or ''Cart'' from the drop down menu to view recent orders.

HOW CAN I PAY?

A:

Once you haved checked out your chosen items, you will taken to a new page with your invoice details and the total amount of your purchase.

You can then select from two payment options via credit card or PayPal.

ONCE I HAVE SELECTED MY PRODUCTS, HOW WILL THE PAYMENT PROCEED?

A:

The payment process follows a few simple steps.#

  1. When you are readty to select your products, please head to your shopping cart and select 'Check out'. The total amount and cost of shipment are calculated automatically.
  2. Please select your method of payment via Credit Card or PayPal account. You will be taken to a new page displaying your card details.
  3. Please enter your paynment details and press confirm.Your details are checked and you will receive a confirmation note If your transaction is successful
  4. In the case of unsuccessful payment, please do not hesitate to contact us directly on info@ellcee.com or call us on +356 2134 6320.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY EMAIL CONTACT DETAILS?

To update your contact details, please log on to your account and view the Account Manager section which allows you to change all of your account details.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

A:

To change your password, please sign in to your account and clcik on 'My Account' . You will see the 'Change Password ' option on the left.  Here you can enter your new password. Please remember to check the password strength to ensure your password is strong.

In the event that you forget your pasword or are not able to log in under your account. please contact us via our Contact Us page and we will assist you shortly.

Alternatively, please email us directly on info@ellcee.com and we will update your password and notify you of your new details via email.

I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT ON THE CAMILLERI MARINE WEBSITE - HOW DO I GET ONE?

It’s really easy to set yourself up with a ‘My Account' which allows you to start accessing online benefits from your Camilleri Marine membership.

Simply visit our homepage and click on 'My Account' in top menu bar.

As an unregistred customer, please choose 'registered' and follow the very simple steps in the process.
